The correct settings for your email program depend on the email address you are using:

General Settings:

Incoming Mail Server:	mail.domain-name.tld
Outgoing Mail Server:	mail.domain-name.tld
User name:	user@domain-name.tld
Password is case sensitive.
SMTP Authentication is required.
No SSL or SPA settings are required.
Alternate SMTP ports if needed	2525 or 587
